Maurice has in excess of 30 years of experience and expertise in the construction industry, working in both large and small construction companies, as well as subcontracting his services to various clients at different stages throughout his career.

Maurice holds an Associate Diploma in Building and has worked in supervisory or management capacity for the last 25 years, managing individual and multiple sites, as well as founding and managing a commercial construction company.

His impressive list of construction projects includes cold storage warehousing, shopping centres, medical centres, schools, townhouse developments, commercial refurbishments, standard and specialised housing construction (tilt panel) and various other commercial projects ranging from $10,000 to $10 million projects. Technical expertise, industry experience and strong interpersonal skills have enabled Maurice to consistently deal effectively with a broad range of people including clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, town planners, unions, government bodies and the broader community.

Awarded the inaugural Platinum Award for Building Excellence by Woolworths for the work he completed on the Woolworths construction at Warner Shopping Village, as well as multiple building excellence awards from Master Builders for work completed on a number of his projects, Maurice has earned himself an excellent personal reputation in the industry and is the driving force behind the company.

Rohan has over 25 years of extensive experience in the construction industry, in both the residential and commercial sectors and, as a licensed builder and carpenter, adds valuable expertise and skills to the organisation.

An experienced shop-fitter and domestic renovator, Rohan has a special interest and expertise in greensmart renovations and extensions that he brings to the organisation, and is always on the lookout for practical, cost-effective and environmentally sensitive solutions to a broad range of construction issues.

Having managed his own business, Rohan possesses the business acumen, customer service skills and eye for quality work that is at the core of how Kleva Konstructions operates.

Rohan’s business experience and diverse range of carpentry and building experience have proven to be invaluable when it comes to managing and problem-solving maintenance and construction issues for our clients.
