Construction of two basketball courts, surrounding landscaping including shade structures and seating, and an amenities block.
The childcare facility consisted of 5 playrooms, a sleep room, meeting rooms and staff rooms as well as numerous storerooms, amenities and outdoor areas.
Design and construction of an equine pool and washbay area.
Construction of a Sports Oval and Covered Learning Area, including kitchen facilities, amenities and viewing platform.
Renovation and refurbishment of heritage-listed Home and Away change rooms, built in 1918. Construction included a referee’s room with disabled facilities, a hot water room, a cleaner’s room and a new communications room to house the data and security systems. In addition, new toilets with wash and drinking troughs for students was added.
This project involved the construction of a childcare centre which consisted of 5 playrooms, a foyer and reception, a library, kitchens, a covered play area with soft fall, a driveway and carpark, and block and boulder retaining walls. The building was a timber frame with a skillion roof, and a variety of external cladding including timber sheet, rendered fibre cement and blue board with a textured coat.
